Dr Moreland and Staff,

As an admitted dentophobic I avoid invasive work in my mouth.  Commonly, I sweat, my voice rises, and my heart begins to palpitate. I dread going to the Dentist for any reason and I become anxious days before.  This was my  reaction before coming to the Dental Office of Jodie Moreland, DDS.

To my surprise my fears were unjustified. The receptionist was friendly and efficient.  I was immediately put at ease.  After only a few moments wait I was ushered into one of the exam rooms.  My anxiety began to flare again with anticipation of pain and suffering.

Again to my surprise the dental assistants that I saw the first time as well as subsequent visits were professional but for me more importantly skilled and friendly.  When Dr. Moreland came in to the exam room, I immediately began to confess to anything and everything that I have done or might do in the future as well as things that I have never done in order to assuage the torture.

All of my fears and phobias were for naught.  Thorough out my experience on the first visit and those after, I never felt a thing.  This was the first time that dental work was done on me without any pain what so ever.  No only was it painless, but every procedure was explained to me thoroughly. At every step of the way after explaining both sides of an option, I was consulted, I MADE THE CHOICES.  Then everyone went out of their way to comply with my decisions.

My visit to Dr. Moreland’s office was from beginning to end one of the most professional, skilled, as well as friendly experiences of my life.  I am not hoping to have a root canal soon. But if I need one, I know that I have made the right choice for the best possible care at the Dental Office of Dr. Jodie Moreland.
